I've heard of the Workflow Management System (EZ-Workflow) used at Fujitsu. What version(s) of SSA Baan is it compliant with? Do I need to have Webtop or Worktop to operate EZ-Workflow? If yes, what Releases / Services Packs are required? Can Baan transaction data be transferred electronically to the EZ-Workflow engine? Is this module available now to all countries?

David,

Find below some EZ-Workflow integration specifications answering your questions:

> Compliant to all versions of SSA Baan (Triton, Baan IVa-b-c, ERP-5, LN, ...)
Do not require Webtop, Worktop components nor any specific Baan Services Packs
> Licensed for unlimited users (therefore not limited to your Baan licenses)
> Able to import Baan transaction data (Purchase Requisitions/POs/etc..) and select automatically the appropriate Workflow route based on transaction values
> Able to launch Baan sessions for “application type” tasks in process
> Compliant to all releases of SSA Baan DEM models (if available)
> Library of Workflow-enabled processes already available (for IT/HR/Finance/Puchasing/etc processes)

If you need more information:
- read Fijitsu Case Study attached (talking about their integration requirements to SSA Baan)
- read the EZ-Workflow data sheet attached
- visit www.BaanWorkflow.com

To your last question, EZ-Workflow is available globally.

I hope the above information answers fully your questions. If not, re-post or contact me directly.

Regards,
