I am facing this problem.

We want to strictly apply the security & want to freeze master data
entry from all the users.But each users might have some or other variation.

The problem is let's say we have defined one role A & define all the
session level & package level authorization for role A.
It is working fine.

Now, we want to define one more role B (almost similar to role A) but
very little variations.

We want to copy all the authorization defined in the role A to be copied
to role B.

We could not find any way to do this.

Can you please tell freinds as to what is the way to copy authorization from
one role A to role B?

if this is not possible, then it becomes very difficult task for the
baan administrator to define roles & authorization.

The above is correct, but an additional note is that you must have a reasonably recent version of ttaad2240m000 because this functionality was not introduced around SP12+ time.

This session is not available in BaaN V friends. I saw that it is available in BaanIV, but what I need is for BaaN V.
