I'm using BaaN IV c4 and would like to process the shipment notices, is this possible?. When i check the edi.baan.com website, i could find the BEMIS formats. Message LFAVIS must be for the shipment notice, but when i import this i see this message is working with table tdpcs040, which does not exists. I don't have such a table... I think i must work with the table tdpur045...

Is it possible to process incoming shipment notices with the EDI module of BaaN IV c4.

Any idea is appreciated.

Not sure but do you mean tdpsc? If so then that is the JIT localization that is used in the automotive industry (among others I am sure :) )

And... if you don't have it, there is not much you can do about it I think.

I am not sure about BEMIS, but in EDIFACT / X12 it is very much possible and many sites uses it.

Yes, it is possible. In BaanIVc4, the X12 856 (Advance Shipment Notice) is the EDI document you would need.

The Baan IVb IVc EDI Users Guide (U7041C US) has the documentation regarding the 856. This document is available on the baan support website in the documentation section.
