We are running baan with c4/in3/NT/Sql combination (with SP6)

My query is :

Is it possible to amend the delivered/challan qty in maintain receipt after the receipt is done and before the Receipt is approved.

The order steps are :

1. Print purchase order
2. Maintain receipt
3. Maintain Approvals
4. Print Return Notes
5. Maintain CENVAT
5. PDPO

There are times when the delivered qty is entered wrong while making the receipt. Our problem is that, the receipt is not shown once the it is saved during maintain receipts and goes to the next order step.

Dear Sriram,

Please use tcmcs0139m000 and modify the details for Maintain Receipts here by putting the step number of Maintain Approvals in the Re-execute field. What this does is allow you to perform changes in Maintain Receipts before you finally approve the receipt using Maintain Approvals
