Hi,

At the time of maintaining receipt (tdpur4120m000), if we received
the quantity more than ordered quantity then system flash
message "Packing slip qty > Order qty, want to continue?"

Is there any way that we can't receive more quantity than ordered quantity?

thanks
mukesh

If you use lot control, you can't receive more than the ordered qty. (I've done a customization to avoid this ;) )

What Version of Baan do you have?

Dear Mukesh,

If only you were in BaanERP, you could set the positive purchase receipt quantity tolerance to 0%. This would prevent receipt of goods in quantity larger than quantity ordered

Hi Mukesh,

In C4 you will have to customise this, we have taken idea from BaanERP and included tolerences in our customised session.
