I wish to have a warehouse set up (in the same company) where stock is 'not' shown as available to sell. Is this possible?

You can Hard Allocate the inventory, then it will not be available for anybody else unless you release..!

If you set the warehouse as non-nettable, then MRP won't see it and will plan accordingly. As long as no items in the item master have that warehouse as their default, then the sales orders will not have that warehouse.

The only thing you would have to do is train you people not to look at just the total inventory level on the item master but instead the inventory by warehouse.

For Non-Nettable option, if you do not want MRP to consider this stock, make sure that the warehouse defined on BOM is not ing this Non-Nettable warehouse.
