We're on BaaN b40c4 (Service Pack 9)
We use the Print Bill of Ladings session (tdsls4421m000). The report works fine if we are printing the document for the first time; however, if we need to reprint the document we always get the message "No data within selection".

I suspect there may be some Company-specific parameter or variable that is causing this problem, since other logistics companies within our business aren't experiencing this same phenomenon.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hello,
Within Maintain Order Steps (tcmcs0139m000),
You can set 'Re-execute' steps.
By including the remaining steps in your order process in the re-execute fields, you specify which steps this session can be re-executed after.

So on our packing slip & BOL we specified Print Sales Invoice & Process Delivered sales orders as the re-execute steps.

This allows you to reprint the documents after print sales invoice & process delivered sales order

This should solve your problem.

Many thanks! I've checked our parameter settings, and you're right - we need to allow re-execution after additional order steps. Sorted!

I've been modifying the report to retrieve and display multiple records (where present) from the outbound (tdilc401) table, so I can now reprint the document to make sure my enhancement works.

Thanks again!
