We would like to include our MRO ordering in BaanIV c3 but are unsure if this can be done. Are other Baan IV users doing this?

It can be done, BUT be very specific about your requirements. Some companies get caught up with having seperate part numbers for all items. I'd suggest if you have many items, that you group them, and then use purchase text to define the specific item.
