we have an article that costs normally 55 Euro. We changed the prize in the acknowledgement of order manually in 63 Euro.
Later we create the invoice and changed the article text. Then it changed the prize in 55 Euro automatically. Is this an error or is it normal??

Normally this shouldn't happen.
You could check the price level (Preisebene) in the sales order position. It should read "manually" there, if you changed it from 53 to 64 Euro. If it does, Baan would not touch that price.

Hi,

Check your sales order parameters, tdsls4100m000. It is possible that the "recalculation of prices and discounts" flag is set to automatic. This means that if you have entered a manual price for the order line but then subsequently ammend the order, as you save the order the price and discount is recalculated.
