Hi, Our EDI sales order's procedure is first print out the packing slip , then generate outbound of the goods, but now I meet a problem saying sales order shortage, but sales order is already there, the goods is not shortage. I don't know why BaaN tells me that sales order is shortage !

Check if both lot and location are not blocked for outbound.
Also, check if the inventory is not allocated for other sales orders.
