Our users seem to have found a way to skip all checks before approval of a sales order. They seem to press just "8" (not function key F8!).
=> I cant beleive that! Anybod who knows that or has more information about that?

Btw. I checked all form commands and all I can see is "Control+F8" wicht calls the function approve.sales.order. But no "8".

We found it; it was a shortcut in the actions menu ...

Interesting - when I read the first post I was thinking someone programmed their keyboard to do something different than a normal keyboard. We had that happen once. Never thought to look at the actions or menu.

Since the session code "tdsls4100m900" is not a standard BaaN code, it appears that your company has customized this session. So next time, you first need to check the session codes and then take further steps.
