I'm trying to insert a Maintenance Sales Order using a XML template that I've created, through the session tlbct3232m000.

The MSO has been created correctly. However some text fields (Problem and MaintenanceSales) and the item serial number are not filled.

What I'm doing wrong in this case? Attached is my xml file.

The file looks good. So probably the best to raise an incident for this at Infor Support.
