Could any one help me to figure out what is the reason of multiple invoices generated for same SO and same Shipment number containing all shipt to bp , payment terms everything is same, even though two invoices generated.

Hi,

Maybe its related with the time , you have entered in invoice request. If not you should look your invoice schemes.
