Still on Baan IVc4. We notice that data on Maintain Item Data screen like On Order qty and OH Qty sometimes does not match up with the data in the supporting tables.

Is there a session that should be run to put these numbers in sync?

There use to be some correction sessions that could be run would update I believe the item master. We had some ticor sessions that could be run - I would check with infor before running one of the correction sesssions. For us it was an exception to find tiitm001 off so towards the end we fixed them manually or used a session that I developed.
