Hello,
seems you have a Problem on DB Level.

If using ORA :
----------------------------------------------------
ORA-00221 error on write to controlfile

Cause: An error occurred when writing to one or more of the control files.

Hi do you have workflow authorization enabled for PO? error 221 can come from there.
the software is trying to update a pending record which is not allowed. Is this the case?

Yes I forgot to mention this. Here OCM is enabled. I mean workflow.

Please suggest any solution for this.

can you share the incident nr?
software change = a KB that needs to be installed.
