When opening up the Generate Outbound advice session (whinh4201m000) we are re-using a particular run #. Every time we do this it defaults the Order # & the Planned delivery date/time To field. The data is a date in the past & the users forget to change it. Save defaults doesn't work in this scenarion because it just changes the dates again once the run # is changed,
Is there any way to change the default order #/date range that is 'saved' with this run #? Hopefully I've explained the issue clearly :-)
