I have a situation as before closing or finishing a project all purchase inquires related to that project but not converted to PO, must be deleted, so how/where we can find the status as inquiry is not converted to PO.

Which version of LN you are using? If you are on 10.4 and above, I believe Purchase Requisition Conversion Workbench should help you on this topic.

If your version is less than 10.3, then you can get it with a simple custom report/query.
