Anyone has idea ?

I have packaging definition linked to a FG item (1 box can pack 30pcs) .
Production Order is completed for 120pcs. In this case, there are 5 lines generated in handling unit.

1st lot/line is 30pcs, status stock
2nd lot/line is 0, status closed
3rd lot/line is 30pcs, status stock
4th lot/line is 30pcs, status stock
5th lot/line is 30pcs, status stock

We will need to print all these lots in bar code except 2nd lot.
Is it possible to generate handling unit without 2nd lot ?
