Hi,

We want to send free of cost sample to customer from sales order, but basic amount should not hit to customer ledger, only taxes to hit.
Please guide as how we can do this?

how about 2 sales order lines. one with the item at 0 cost, so it hits the inventory and the 2nd line a cost item with the calculated tax amount.
