Hi
After user do the Maintain Receipt , they notice tht they receipt the wrong item, so they want to reverse the receipt record, but get this message "Receipts recorded in Location Control (ILC) module."

May I know what cause this error ?
What is the action should we do to solve this problem ?

** I notice that warehouse for this record DO NOT have Location , is this the reason ?

You may send back the material through return purchase order to the supplier and create a fresh purchase order (I suppose complete material is received and no partial delivery otherwise you can maintain backorder for required quantity) so that next time when the material comes, it can be received
