Hello,
There are 2 warehouses in our company , of which one is location controlled(A) and other is non location controlled(B).
Non location controlled warehouse (A) acts as a bulk warehouse and all items from suppliers are received there.
Manually the items are replenished (transfer order) to the location controlled warehouse(B) to the specific locations (X)based on consumption of items.
Is there a way to automate the transfer order process from A to X (in B wh). I see replenishment matrix will allow only transfer of items with in a warehouse between locations.
Please correct if am wrong about replenishment and suggest a solution if any.

You can have different supply strategies (and one of them is warehousing) while setting and running the EP.

may be u try use DMS (Direct Material Supply)?
