The way our current system is setup, raw materials cannot go negative. Once they reach zero, the system will not issue these raw materials against the job.Is there a way to allow these items to go negative???

You can issue inventory even if it goes negative through parameter setting. However if not controlled properly, it can create havoc and hence not suggested.
