How can I find the inventory of item lot on specific project..is there any standard session from which I can find such relationship??

whinr1540m00 -Stock point inventory, here you get the Item,Lot,
for project : items first 9 character is your project (whinr140.item(1;9)).

-There is no lot in whwmd2560m000(Project Pegged Inventory) session and
I think finding project from item code is not ideal way to find project on which item is pegged

If the Item is customized Item then all lots of the item are belongs to the same project.
If you are using Infor 10.3 (FP9) then there is no relation between project and lot.

Not sure even 10.4 have this functionality.
