Hi, can anyone help / have some ideas? My Sales Order Activities table (tdsls413) was clear suddenly. What cause that purge / clear? How to recover it?

Possible causes could be:-

1. Something went wrong during CRDD activity
2. Something went wrong while backing up
3. Any related customization's
4. Something went wrong with the database itself
5. GTM usage

If something went wrong during a CRDD, there are chances to back it up. If you have recent back ups, a restore will help.

Whatever you do, try it on a Test environment to avoid further mishaps.
