A warehose shows a neagtive inventory and i have checked its all transaction shows positive inventory. how to find out negative inventory transaction of item...and how to correct the inventory in Baan IV

Does Baan 4 have any Check and Repair Inventory session? I am not sure about it, but in LN we have it where we can simulate the results and find out if there was any transaction which went wrong.

Also, there is one more session Rebuild Planned Inventory Transaction which helps in this too.

Generally it happens when some of your inventory is allocated to other orders and still a user tries to use it. Like, if I am doing an outbound advice when my inventory is allocated, it can result in negative inventory. Again, I don't know how Baan 4 works. So, you better wait for a Baan 4 person to guide you.
