i've problem when generating outbound line. when i click generate advice automatic error advice shortage appear. but when i check qty on hand still have. please help me.:(

i already check that session but it look ok, qty still have. is it i've to delete the order and do the order again.

How about your economic inventory for this item? it looks like telling you inventory onhand + inventory onorder < inventory allocated.
