Recently this error has occurred 3 times in our production environment. While I have modified program tdsls4101 using Qkey, changes are not recent and the latest change does not appear to be the problem.

I have been able to replicate the error in our test environment using this scenario:
1. Create order header.
2. Add sales line, save and exit.
3. Add ship to address on order header, save and exit.

The error is more likely to appear when I complete the process quickly. If there is a delay, the process inserts 2 records into tdsls050, the second record having a different time.

The primary key to table tdsls050 is sales order #, date, & time.

Has anyone had this problem and discovered a solution?
