Hello, does anybody know what is the formula to generate cycle counting orders? What is the relationship between ABC and last cycle counting date? Please advise.

ABC will decide waht counting interval to use and the last cycle counting date will enable them to come on a cycle count. so if a A class is counted say every 4 weeks, then an item will come on cycle count after 28days from last counting date....

Check your parameters in the distribution parameters. You can define i.e. A = 12 weeks / three times a year, B = 26 weeks / twice a year and C = 51 weeks / once a year. When new items comes in stores, they have no cycle count date, so, it will show up next time you generate a cycle counting order for the warehouse / location where it is stored. Then after x weeks will come up again, depending your parameters(A,B&C).
