We are unable maintain the PO in the BaaN, when we are entering the PO series and vender name, order type and clicking the lines , it is showing "record already exists"

All the POs are held up.

Kindly guide me

1. check the first free numbers - is it available or not
2. check if there is difference between first free number & last used PO number in tdpur040 for that series.

The count of the first free number are 3320 and the last PO number is 253319,
PO 253319 record is deleted. The last PO number available is 253318.

have a look at table tdpur050/tdpur051 (PO history).
Maybe the deleted record is written/present to/in history tables.
