We are looking to create of DC sub-entity which will allow shipment to satellite warehouses with automatically created transfer orders. There are two different instances of Baan, once regional (English) instance Baan 5 and the other country instance Baan IV (local language).

We are also looking at enabling DRP & MRP (Hub and Spoke), direct Deliveries to customers from DC, full visibility of DC assets and profitability, bilateral and triangular invoicing enabled and automatic Spare parts replenishment from DC to the satellite warehouses.

Has anyone attempted this before? If so do you have any advice, pitfalls, timeframe etc...
