I have a problem with some customers: order balance (sales order) which i shown in tccom011 differs from my open sales order list.

I run session tccom2210m000, but nothing happened, the order balance left the same.

I tried to check all backorders, and all the open orders, but I still have a difference.

Does anybody know which tables I have to check (or maybe program code for tccom2210), just to see what do I have to check?
