can anyone help me with two questions regarding the historical tables tdsls050/051

Is it correct, that records only will be added in these tables and never any record will be updated or deleted?
Can I use the field "trdt - Transaction Date" as criteria to find out when new records are inserted?

As I know, you are right, records are only added in tables tdsls050/051. So you can use transaction date, and transaction time (tdsls051.trtm) as well.

You also have tdsls051.ckor, which indicates which kinbd of transaction happende (see link below:
