We have several sales order lines which are very old .
Is there any session in Baan to delete/clear these lines and close the orders?
we are on Baan Vc

You can use Archiving Session to delete Sales/Purchase Order Line Information. You must setup Archive company and Master data in order to do this. Various threads on archiving are available.
