We are LN Fp3, and when a sales order entry clerk clicks on the Monitor tab for sales order lines, the ship to address code(tdsls400.stad) changes to the customer's default ship-to address (tccom111.cadr). This is a random occurrence and we can not reproduce it by copying their moves.
Infor says it's our customizations, but we don't touch this field at all. Does anyone have any similiar situation
