there is defined matrix by prıce list and BP type..but system doesnt care the matrix although effective date and expiry date is OK. Also those dates are OK on price price books session.System bring the price according to default price list on pricing parameters ..Can you help me about that?

The searching order for an item price should be as as follows:
items by supplier
items by price list
by items ( a price list by item - not the item master)
by item data. (the item master)

It maybe you have a price error on the item by supplier price table, as this will be used before the price list table.
