Can anyone advise me on this. I am on Baan V.

During the Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, the purchase office (tdpur200.cofc) is defaulted from User Profile (Purchase) session (tdpur4523m000). However, if there is no default value maintained for purchase office, Baan will allow the user to save the PR with the purchase office blank.

In this case, I did some test and realized Baan will allow the user to create PO using session Convert Requisition Lines to RFQ/PO (tdpur2201m000). My question is : where did Baan get the purchase office from.

Purchase office can also be defined in the item level in the purchase data. Check once.

check the supplier code, that also have default purchase office code.
also check that whether is there record against the default item supplier combination.
