Hello,

I have a problem with closing the sales orders. I know that I cannot close it unless there is a backorder line. It has a backorder line but I cannot change the bacorder quantity to zero. The field is disabeled. Is there any solution to this problem. I dont want to change it from table via GTM.

Did you check whether there are more deliveries?

Try Cancelling the BackOrder Line...
