Dear all baan Experts,

Here it is my outbound order lines for a Sales order.(as shown in enclosure)

Now for line 42 I had confirmed it on zero as the required quantity is not required now so I want to return it back to warehouse.

So I went to shipment lines and from specific I select the “Return not good shipped” (as shown in enclosure)

But it is showing following error to me (as shown in enclosure)

Any body has solution on this please share.....

Hi,

Try defining default order type combination for order origin "transfer" and also transaction type "transfer". In this case a transfer order will be generated for moving the inventory from staging location to bulk location withih the same warehouse.
