i have created a direct delivery order in sales.Then i generated a purchase order advice.
It generated a purchase order advice number.
In the purchase order advice i maintained the Buy from BP.
I confirmed it.Once i do the transfer, then it is giving the error"no default purchase office found".
In the parameters it is checked for"convert purchase advice automatically to purchase order".

can anyone help me out in this issue?where should i maintain default purchase office?

Hi,

At Purchase order parameter go to Direct delivery tab --> note the purchase order series for direct delivery and then maintain the default purchase office against that particular purchase order series and then try your process.

I got the solution.

In purchase master data ,select purchase organisation.
Then go to user profiles.
There we should maintain the particular user of which we are using with appropriate order type(direct delivery) and define the default purchase office.

I used it and got success.
