Our company decided to use RFQ process. I followed the instructions from user guide but I cannot compare and convert RFQs. I think that I've forgotton to define something. Can anybody tell me the necessary parameters to use RFQ. Why the doesnt come to the compare screen?

The status of the RFQ must be returned to compare. After sending the RFQ you must maintain the quotation details received and the status will be changed to returned.

RFQ status is returned but it still doesnt come to compare screen???

Is the compare button disabled or you are not able to see any data after selecting compare?

The compare button is active but I cannot see any data after clicking it

I have not come across such scenario. May be data did not get updated properly. Is it happening for all RFQ's? If it is a test server try creating one more RFQ.
