Hello,

I use BAAN VI and there is a production orders that I cannot close. The order status is Completed. When I try to close the order a report is printed which says there is some quantity to be backflushed. I run backflush but it is not a solution.

Any suggestions?

Hello,
Yes, you need to have enough material on stock to be able to backflush. I e qty on hand should be larger than allocated qty.

The production order is finished. So I want to close the order on system. Backflush is done. Briefly everything is done to close the order. The error message is "there is still quantities to backflush". I run backflush many times but I could not close it.

Note: I ran tisfc0120s000 session and active status returned to completed. then I must run ticst0201m000 session to close the order. When I run the second session I receive the error message

Hi,

If the message says "till quantities required to backflush" then please check the estimated item's inventory level, may be the materials do not have enough stock on hand to backflush.

Roy

There is no material that is not backflushed. The problem is the quantity of "Quantity to backflush" does not pass to "Quantity Backflushed" at tisfc0110m000 session at Quantity tab. Is there any solution to this problem?

I solved the problem. It was because the Route of the PO is not defined for the manufactured item at tirou1101m000
