1) Is it possible to block modification of discount rates in sales order's lines(discount rate is automatically extracted from tdpcg0130m000) ?

2) Is it possible to give sellers the possibility to modify this discount rates within a specified Gap. For example : for customer A discount can start from 0% but cannot exceed 25 %.
OR for customer B discount is 10% and seller have the possibility to decrease it up to 5% and increase it up to 5% so that the seller can choose a discount from 5% to 15%.

I tried to use "price margin control" concept.
for a specific customer, i enters in session tccom4110m000 the discount rates that defines the margins for sale price.
in purchase order parameters i specifies that sale price must be compared to scale of prices.
the fact it doesn't work till now.
do you think i'm on the right way ?

I could use price margin control after entering margins at item level(session tdisa0501m000) : in this case, i gets control functional in sales lines...
but i couldn't use it with margins at the Sold-to Business Partners (tccom4110s000) session. in the last case it doesn't seem to work.
The problem is that i'm interested to specify margins per business partner.

So i would be thankful if you could help me.
