I need ur expertise Baan Gurus. I'm trying to create a report to print all the PO receipts for a particular date/item and by User id.
My requirement is:
1. I need a report to list out all the receipts on a particular date by a give userid.
2. I'm trying to shows the details based on the tables tdpur045 and tdinv700.

but my problem is:
1. We receive certain cost items as well as part of the PO, and since cost items do nto have a Whse it will not have the corresponding record in the table tdinv700.

Please help me as to:
1. how can i display the user id against a receipt?
2. This report should be applicable for both purchased as well as cost items.

I do not have the standard source code so i cannot modify or do anything on the main source.
To set the table under Audit is nto going to help me and i do not want it as well because tdpur045 and tdinv700 are transaction tables and it grows in record size daily.

Please suggest.

Hi,

There is no such facility in Baan IV and audit for table tdinv700 and tdpur045 is not advisable.
U can do it by the using Small customization because they is no recording for Cost item in transaction tables.

To get the login details u have to check thinv700.
