We are on Baan IVc4.
My SO is of qty 30. For which PRP/Production orders etc generated. Now while delivering the material, I want to deliver only 20.

Can u please update me, where (in which session) shall I change deliver qty from 30 to 20

If you are talking about the sales quantity delivered, then the session is Maintain Deliveries. You can deliver just the quantity you want and back order or cancel the rest, as you wish.

The "Maintain Deliveries" is used only when ILC is not implemented and if you have parameter set to confirm the deliveries. The quantities cannt be decreased,but a partial order can be cancelled in this session. If you have ILC implemented the change the outbound quantity, otherwise use the maintain deliveries as suggested inearlier post.
