While executing the activity on sales order item(sales order line status)
(Activity is Release sales orders to warehousing)
I am getting below error message:

Activity : Process Warehouse Orders

Outbound order line Outbound Order Line cannot be updated because of status.

I am not understanding you rproblem, You have only attached the screen shot of status not problem screen shot.

It might be that you have not attached 'warehouse order type' against your 'sales order type' probably.
