i have little bit idea of warehouse inspection .i am getting error while approving the inspection line .please any body can help to reslove my problem

i have attach the warehouse receipt screenshot. actually there was a problem in one line of the warehouse receipt line . the line was not confirmed .
than i have changes the line to put on inspection
