we want to improve baan process for shipment
When we prepare a delivery for our customers (from Sales schedules):
- from a warehouse
- for 1 dedicated business partner
- for 1 specific ship to address
- for 2 dates (date 1 & date 2)
We get 1 outbound advice (type ‘020091104xxx).
When we release outbound advice we got 2 shipments (one for the orders of date 1 & another one for date 2).

We would like to get only 1 shipment.

Is it possible by using our current Baan sessions?
Which parameter could i modify

I am a programmer and not an expert in warehousing but take a look at the "shipments"-tab in the details view of "Warehouses (whwmd2500m000)". Hier you can define how (in FP3) shipments are generated based on delviery dates.

Hi,
can you please let me know which session you are using for release outbound advice. In normal scenario if you select the whole order and pos, you should get one shipment id with two positions in it.
