We are using BaaN IVc4 with Cable extension.
At times , to be competitive , we are offering customer to either buy back the DRUMS (a packaging item) or the dealer is supposed to return the drums to us.
This cost has been adjusted while pricing.
Hence we should have a system to track these returnable Drums at any point of time. How we can get this functionality in BaaN?.
