I want to know a way through which i can find out which user has created/printed a Bill of lading. Right now in the sales history report we can only see when/who created/modified/invoiced a line.
Is there a way that i can find who created the BOL and printed them?

I cannot set the audit on this table as it is a transaction table and the audit file will keep growing.

Need your help!!

Hello Dear,

In case if you do not like to use Baan Audit and want to trace the Session call then i would suggest create a session take the inputs with user login - store it another temp table for your record.

and then call the standard baan session for BOL using AFS.

P.S : Delete the temp table record for 30-45 days time gap.
