Hi,

I am new in Baan IV.

I have some qs to ask on perform slow-moving analysis by item in Baan IV tdinv6220m000

my INV parameter as follow,

turnover rate slow moving
0.01 99
99.99 0

What is the basis of providing for slow moving inventories?

a) What are the criteria for the system to generate the slowing moving report?

b) How does management make use of the slow moving report?

c) What is meant by last txn date column? Is it the purchase date column?

d) Assume the last txn date column = purchase date column. If there is so, then there are many items purchased in late Dec 2008 and is classified as Slow Moving Item? What is the logic behind this?

e) What is meant by the annual usage column?

f) Why is the stock provided for 99% and not 100%?

g) The cost price reflected in the report = standard cost?
